“‘More Than The Cow’ is a watercolor and pen illustration I produced in response to the devastating human-caused fires in the Amazon Rainforest in 2019. It is one in a series I made to bring attention to animal suffering caused by the environmental damage that results from deforestation, with cattle ranching being the primary cause of deforestation globally and animal agriculture the leading contributor to the climate crisis. I aim to raise awareness about the environmental impact of the meat and dairy industries, advocating for reduced consumption to combat climate change and both human and animal suffering.”
