“Seeking to understand suffering found in the spaces of our collective being and my own personal being is where my art exploration resides. In my current work, I find myself at the intersection of text and found objects as I navigate paint, metal, fabric, and/or other mediums. ‘Uncage’ is a contemplation on the human caging systems that occupy our Earth and a wishing call to free all.”
