Michael Shoemaker is a photographer, poet and editor from Magna, Utah, where he lives with his family. His works have appeared in Writers on the Range, Sea to Sky Review, Pictura Journal, the Salt Lake Tribune, the Denver Gazette, Yahoo and elsewhere. Michael is the author of four book-length poetry/photography collections and is a multiple Pushcart/Best of Net Award nominee. He enjoys hiking, hidden picture books, swimming, and playing with his cat, Yuki.
