Things She Could Not Say
by Felicia Jordan
“My work explores the personal and intrapersonal relationships we have with our physical, mental, and emotional bodies. Using techniques ranging from traditional carpentry to three dimensional fabrications, the works are created to show a visual representation of individual trauma’s experiences as well as the universality of loss. My works are meant to elicit an empathic response from the audience. There are common traumas and pains that bring humans together as a form of bonding.”
