It might as well have been a chair

“I often think about existence. I often think about nature. I often think about death and life and silence. Birth, life, death, and rebirth. My art explores motifs and metaphors of who we are as people in a partnership with nature’s way of life. Accepting ourselves, our decisions, and our fate. Sometimes it can be difficult to put into words how I want my art to be perceived because of the heavy symbolism and metaphors I explore. I encapsulate my figures expression and existence in a relative silence. We all know what it feels like to be alone, we all know what it feels like to accept. My art stems from my personal connections to nature and the universe. Personifying my unanswered questions of who I am and where do I go. It is not confusion or sadness; it is a sense of relief and suspense when those answers may be revealed.”
