What Once Was

“Cardboard is one of the easiest materials to get a hold of. You can get it at most stores, in the dumpster, almost anywhere. It’s also one of the cheapest materials, whether it’s only a few bucks or for free. Its convenience and flexibility for various uses make it a peculiar substance that draws people to using it on the daily. Whether it’s to hold your personal items in a box, a cushion for hard surfaces, is sustainable and recyclable, and endless entertainment for kids with large imaginations, cardboard supplies a large amount of accessibility in more ways than one. I want art to feel this way as well.”
