Fluttering Colors - Pop Art Still Life 2

by Charlene Anne Wilson

“In the sprawling vistas of Montana's Big Sky country, where the horizon kisses the untamed wilderness, my art finds its heartbeat. I'm Charlene, an abstract artist born and raised in Ottawa Ontario and now rooted in the foothills of the Beartooth Mountains outside the quaint town of Columbus, Montana, where the majesty of nature and the legacy of architectural composition converge in my work. My journey in art is not just a path walked with brushes and paints; it is an expedition across the diverse landscapes of creativity and design. With a foundation in architecture, my work mirrors the structural harmony found in buildings, blended with the organic chaos and geometries of nature. This duality reflects in my abstract pieces, where precision meets passion, and form dances with color. My art is a dialogue between the seen and unseen, a visual representation of the energy and unity found in music. Each piece is an exploration, a journey through the wild terrains that cradle our home and encompass our dreams. The sweeping views of Montana, with their endless skies and rugged earth, are not just backdrops but active participants in my artistic process. They are the muse and the canvas, the color and the form. As I venture through this artistic odyssey, my goal is to reach out to hearts that resonate with the wild and the abstract. Through my gallery, I extend an invitation to explore a world where art and nature intertwine in a dance as ancient as time. My aspiration is not just to showcase my work but to connect with like-minded souls, those who find beauty in the abstract landscapes of both the earth and the mind.”
