RELATIONSHIPS; Wild Mornings

‘When I look at a clean canvas the excitement rises in me, akin to an author beginning to tell a story, a composer creating a symphony. After 30 years as an Architectural designer, in 2000, I began a long delayed passion, painting. I was fortunate to have had great opportunities & many solo shows on the Monterey Peninsula, San Francisco and in Amsterdam. In 2019, a gallery in Madrid asked to represent my work. Since 2019, I am now represented in Madrid at: Galeria Fuentenebro. In Carmel by the Sea, CA. Since 2017, I am represented at: The American Art Gallery. I now have private collectors in eighteen states in the USA and in five countries in Europe. My great inspiration is the sea. I walk the beach daily and see the forms and changing colors of the sky, the sand, the rocks and the water. I am awed by the Abstract Expressionists who opened the world to a new style of painting; primarily Franz Kline, de Kooning, Joan Mitchell, Jackson Pollock, Gerhard Richter and Cy Twombly”
